How do I determine the right size for clothing and shoes?

What should I do if the size I ordered doesn't fit?

If the size you ordered doesn't fit, you can exchange the item within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for an exchange.

What are your delivery options and timelines?

We offer Next Day Delivery for Dhaka Metropolitan Area, 48 Hours Delivery for Dhaka Sub Urban Area, and 3-5 Days Delivery for the whole of Bangladesh. Same Day Delivery is available only in Dhaka Metropolitan City. Please note that delivery times may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or holidays.

Can I request expedited or express delivery?

Currently, our available delivery options are Next Day Delivery for Dhaka Metropolitan Area, 48 Hours Delivery for Dhaka Sub Urban Area, and 3-5 Days Delivery for the whole of Bangladesh. We do not offer expedited delivery beyond these options.

Is there a specific cut-off time for same-day delivery in Dhaka Metropolitan City?

Yes, orders eligible for same-day delivery in Dhaka Metropolitan City need to be placed before 11 A.M to ensure processing and delivery on the same day.

Are there additional delivery charges based on the size of my order?
